Euro Currency Notes.Frame work under re-cycling. (FRAUD SCAM FROM "DONALD KABERUKA")

Sure, let's go into the counterfeiting business! Brother! "Donald Kaberuka" thinks he can make himself and his intended victims rich by making counterfeit money. Well, if that's what floats his boat, fine by me, but I really kind of enjoy my freedom, and don't like being confined--like in prison. If you receive this, lose it, because "Donk" as I've dubbed him is a Double-Trouble Maker!

Euro Currency Notes.Frame work under re-cycling.

Hello my dear friend,

Some have hopes and dreams of being millionaires, while some have ways and means of making the same millions, I am among those that believe in ways and means, if you accept to cooperate with me as my foreign partner, I will make you see things for yourself.

Just a brief insight of my ways and means of making millions of Euro Currency Notes, I have printing papers for printing Euros currencies, the results are genius upon your request, samples are readily available for your perusal, so that you can check out the results, as there is no difference with the ordinary Euro currencies, banks acceptance guaranteed as the production is of a very high quality, it is generally acceptable legal tender. How ever, I want to know if you are interested to partner with me? I assure you that the print is genius, you have the right to confirm the printed currency with any bank any where in the world, as all security lines and codes are contained therein.

Please you have to keep this secret. Till I hear from you.
Sincerely Yours.
Donald Kaberuka.

Well, "Donk", your dirty little secret isn't safe anymore! I sent him this response:

Hi. Donk.

I'll have to pass on your "offer that's too good to refuse". I have a phobia of prison stripes!

"Sincerely Yours"

One of Your Intended Spam Victims

Now, you'd have thought he would have taken the hint and hit someone else up for his shady little counterfeiting scheme, but being the "genius" he is, he played dumb and sent me this response:

Using this opportunity to introduce myself, I am Donald kaberuka as indicated earlier; I am a staff of National Central Bank (NCB) which is the issuing authorities of euro banknotes which is charged to maintain public trust in the common currency. This is inter alia done by safeguarding the integrity and preservation of the euro banknotes in circulation.

This business is 100% safe and guarantee because the Euro banknotes are to be printed under the Framework for banknote recycling process, notes deemed to be unfit must be taken out of circulation by cash handling institutions and returned to their clearing bank or cash centre, from where they will be sent to the CBFSAI for destruction.

The “Framework” ensures that credit institutions and other professional cash handlers re-issue euro banknotes to their customers only if these banknotes have been checked, both on their fitness and authenticity. These checks can be done either by banknote handling machines, which have passed a test by an NCB, Banknotes that have successfully passed the machine checks can be re-issued via automated teller machines (ATMs), a series of related notes indicated by the same prefix and suffix letters in the serial number. When the suffix letter changes, a new block is created. The suffix currently changes when the serial number reaches 99 920 000, the plate number which appears on the margin of a currency sheet and which is trimmed from the note before it enters circulation to identify the printing plate from which the note came.
Burkina Faso been an Euro zone member, Winning bidders in a public auction in Burkina Faso are usually charged a buyer's fee based on a certain percentage of the winning bid. Most Burkina Faso auction houses charge a 15 percent buyer's fee; a buyer placing a 1.000.000.00Euro hammer bid on a Euro notes would pay an additional 150.000.00Euro etc.

Based on the above, upon your acceptance to partner with me, your details will be entered as a winning bidder that has already passed the NCB test on

recycling Euro notes to buy 2.000.000.00 Euro or more, but our problem will be the additional fee of 15% buyers fee, please till I hear from you.

Sincerely Yours
Donald kaberuka
