The grammar used in the subject line is enough to give most English teachers a migraine--groan! Of course, you all know that you have to enter a lottery in order to win it. Apparently the scammer hasn't figured that out yet. Ignore the scam and don't reply or you'll find yourself paying for those "Free Claims" and more.
