Don’t “get back to Dr. Fred Agbaje”. He’s a scammer, and that’s the only “business proposition” he has in mind for you. It’s most likely something illegal, or he’ll tell you he has all this money, but he doesn’t. He will charge you huge fees for your “assistance”, make numerous excuses, and you could wind up in prison. So delete this cryptic scam and don’t reply.
