I get these spams frequently, and that’s all they are—spams. If you receive this and happen to open it, just delete it. And if you need medicine, go to your pharmacy.

A British soldier has died in an explosion in Afghanistan, the Ministry of Defence has confirmed.The soldier, from 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards, attached to 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, died on Wednesday. The MoD said he was killed whilst on a patrol in Nad e Ali District, central Helmand Province. His death brings to 188 the total UK deaths in Afghanistan since 2001 and is the 19th this month. The soldier has not been named, and next of kin have been informed. Lieutenant Colonel Nick Richardson, spokesman for Task Force Helmand, said: "We share in the pain that is felt by his family, friends and colleagues at the loss of this courageous soldier; our thoughts and prayers are with them."
