I thought if you got scammed it was all but impossible to get your loss back. Maybe there is such a "Foundation", but I doubt it. "Mr. Gary Adams" has no intention of awarding you anything--quite the reverse. If you reply to this, he will demand your money. So if you don't want to be a scam victim for real, don't comply and don't reply.
