No, it isn't something out of the "Little Engine That Could" and "Mrs. Victoria Taylor" wasn't a cheerleader; neither is she what she claims in her scam. She's a lowlife scammer who's copied off another scam, changed names and places and made it her own. If you reply to her, she'll start wanting money. So, don't lend her any sympathy, but hit the delete button.

Greetings Dear Beloved,
I'm Victoria Taylor
I am Mrs. Victoria Taylor, I married to Dr. Donald Taylor An Australian, but I'm now in Nigerian General HOSPITAL taking treatment for my sickness, my husband worked with Australian embassy in Nigeria for two decades, also has an Engineering Company before he died in the year 2003. Our marriage lasted for over a decade without any fruit of the womb/child. I have been diagnosed with Esophageal cancer. It has defiled all forms of medical treatment, and right now I have only about a few months more to live on this earth according to medical exparts, though what disturbs me most is my stroke .
Having known my condition, I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul so; I have decided to give alms to charity organizations round the world, and also to distribute some fund to Hiati Earthquake Victms, as I want this to be one of the last of my good deeds on earth. So far, I have distributed money to some charity organizations in Pakistan, Liberia and Keya Africa.
Now that my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this myself anymore. I once asked members of my family to close one of my accounts and distribute the money which I have there to charity organization in part of Africa and they refused and kept the money to themselves. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health because of the presence of my husband's relatives around me. I don't want them to know about this development.
Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for them. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of USD 8.5 Million (Eight Million five hundred thousand U.S.Dollars) with A Bank, this money is still under the safe keeping of the Reserve Financial Institute. I want you to help me collect this funds and dispatched them to reputable charity organizations. I have also set out 80% of this money to be giving to the less privileged in Sri lanka, Indonesia, and Africa, and also build a chrity organization in your country and name it after my name. 10% has being set aside for you and for your time while the remaining 10% is to settle all bills that might have been incurred in process of the transfer. If this proposition interest you,and you really want to assist me, kindly forward the following information to me. Your contact address, Your private phone numbers including mobile, Your names,
Soon as I receive your reply I forward your personal information, to a lawyer so that he will contact you as the legal owner of my fund before the bank will be transferring the fund into your nominated Bank Account in your country. I will also issue you a letter of a authority that will back you up as the real next of kin and the original- beneficiary of my fund. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the lord is my shepherd, you will also promise me that you will not seat on the fund when it gets into your bank account. Note that no one is aware of the deposit except you and my lawyer. God be with you.
Remain blessed.
Yours in Christ,
Mrs Victoria Taylor
