Oh, boo hoo! These Disease of the Week scams come a dime a dozen these days! Our poor, dear "Stefan Kratzel" tells us he's rich, and, alas and alack! He's "dying of Esophageal Cancer"! Rot and rubbish! He has no cancer, unless it's cancer of the soul and he has no money, which is why he sent this to you. He's hoping you'll feel sorry for him, join his pity party and then he can start demanding money from you. Don't let your emotions get out of hand and delete this scam! He's just fine!

My name is Stefan Kratzel I am from Austria Please take this serious,

I am taking this liberty anchored on strong desire to ask for your

cancer. It has defied all forms of medical treatment, and right now I have

Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with

what I have left for them. The last of my money, which no one knows of,

that I have with a Finance Vaulting Unit in Europe.I will want you
