Unless I haven't learned a lot about the abbreviations of the world's countries, this scam is coming via Poland (PL)! First time I've ever heard of "Carlos Gills", bet for you, too! He doesn't have a "cash box" waiting for you, he wants your money and your personal info. If you send him your info, he'll start demanding your money for fees. So, let him keep his "cash box" and "treasure" it, all by himself. (I had some fun with the sleaze ball! My response is below his scam.)
