My guess is that “Col. Malcolm Morris” isn’t in Iraq, but elsewhere, cranking out and generating scam e-mails by the tons. He hasn’t found a Stash of Cash—he wants YOUR CASH. If you reply to him, he will start demanding fees from you. Ignore him and delete the scam.

If our "Colonel" is American, then the USA has a lot of 3-dollar bills floating around. I did reply and said something like the best thing that could happen to him was to get hit by "Friendly Fire". Not nice, but slapping our military in the face isn't nice, either--tit for tat!
