I was going to just delete this until I noticed the discrepancy. “Eleane Thorne” says “3%” in her subject line, then lowers it to “2%” in the scam. And, yes, it’s a scam. If you get by with 6.25% these days, you’re lucky. If you receive this, delete it. “Eleane Thorne” needs to rethink her loan scam.
