Every now and again I decide to toy with scammers. That’s what I did with “Ms. Grace Robert”. She made the usual claims—orphan, with a sibling (brother), living in a refugee camp. And, oh! She has all this loot! If she could just get hold of it—if I could just help her get at it, she and her brother—and me—would be set for life! I wish I had a hundred dollar bill for every one of these I’ve received over the past 2-3 years! Anyhoo—I sent her a response, and of course, true to the scammer’s form, she wrote back. I sent her another reply, telling her I needed some sort of ID, and she sent hers (don’t know what happened to Baby Brother’s). I then sent her a response telling her the jig was up, and she had a tantrum. She threatened to “come over there” and kill me! This is more or less the norm when scammers are found out. It really makes them mad! However, I recommend that if you receive a scam like this, you simply delete it. And, Little “Miss Grace Robert” has no money—she wanted mine and her “undisclosed recipients”. I sent her another e-mail, and kinda “whupped up” on her. Oh dear, such a spoilt child. Oh well. If you receive anything from “Miss Grace Robert,” please delete it and don’t reply.

I hope you know that. Sorry, my younger brother's passport is with the immigration for authentications. This is the reason why it cannot be scanned and send to you now. I will do that as soon as i have it. Mind you, we do not have driver's license here in Ghana as we are only asylums here.
What you will bear in mind is that we take you as our father's business partner/trustee. As i told we have a good faith before we contacted you for this transaction which i know that it will benefits us mutually.We have the trust in you that you are going to manage this fund very well when it gets into your account and help us to come to your country for investment believing that you will not betray us at the end of this transaction. But we are not praying for that. God has directed us to you. By the way, are you a christian?

Because it makes me sick when you and your kind victimize other people--people who are suffering from the financial crisis and are grasping at straws--people who have big hearts, but soft heads. There's enough trouble in this world as it is, we don't need you and your kind scamming others.
Sorry, luv, but yours is a scam, no matter what you say. You use the same wording, the same plot, same worn-out theme. See, what you and the rest of your fellow scammers don't get is that most people in their right minds would never send random e-mails, because you could be contacting a--fellow scammer--or a murderer. But you all do it, you jump at the first person who volunteers to be your victim. Then, when you get tripped up, you have a tantrum and threaten to kill the person.

What does that tell you? She all but admitted being a scammer, but most scammers don't. They just go pick a different victim. I hope "Miss Grace Robert" or whoever she really is has learned a valuable lesson. I did see what was supposed to be her photo, and she's a pretty girl, if it's her. But she'll end up wasting her life by trying to steal what she wants. Too bad. My heart goes out to her.
