It sounds like "Garrett Kenneth" is about to have a temper tantrum. Well, whaddya expect? Like, I've heard from him before? First time for me! "Garrett Kenneth" doesn't have an inheritance fund to send to you. He wants to extort money from you and will do this by demanding fees. So, as you would any spoilt brat throwing a temper tantrum, ignore him. He just wants attention.
