My bet is you haven't. But he is ever so hopeful that you will respond favorably, and then he can start charging you fees. He definitely has no "compensation" for you, only for himself, so hit your delete button. He is also one big goober, because he doesn't know if his secretary is a man or a woman! Lol!!
