The scammer starts out sounding like a total idiot. “Congratulation”. My size 9’s! This is an advance-fee lottery scam, and “Mr. Nelson Smith” or “Mrs. Rebecca Auris” want to get rich, by charging you and “undisclosed recipients” big fees. If you receive this, delete it and enter a real lottery—the legal way.
