Here’s another “are-you-dead-or-alive” advance-fee fraud scam. Is “3.8.09” supposed to be the date of this scam? If so, he’s a bit behind on his scam e-mails! No, “Dr. Frank Okolo” doesn’t come straight out and ask for money, but he hopes you will reply. Then, he’ll start bugging you for money. If you receive this, delete it, don’t reply, and save yourself some headaches.
