There is no “inheritance”, there is no “money” and I doubt there is a “Miss Glenn Spiker”. This is nothing but an advance-fee fraud, and should you reply, the spammer will start demanding money from you. If you receive this, please be wise and hit the delete/spam button. As for the attachment (sent solely to get around spam filters, no doubt), it’s only the spammer wanting to be added to your “contact list”. Don’t do that, either!
