If you’ve ever wondered if a spam e-mail is a spam e-mail, because it “looks official” or authentic, just take a look at the sender’s address—joeythebag@sbcglobal.net . Does this look like an address that Barclay’s Bank would use? Of course not. It isn’t from Barclay’s, and they or any representative wouldn’t send something like this because they would be committing a crime! This is an advance-fee fraud scam, and if you reply, they will demand fees—big fees. If you receive something like this, take a gander at the sender’s address, see it for the fake it is, then delete it.
