Is “Mrs. Angela Gillis” confused, or does she just think lots of question marks (???) at the end of her subject line is cool? It doesn’t matter, because this is an advance-fee lottery scam. Delete it and don’t reply, or “Mrs. Gillis” will be demanding your money, and you’ll get nothing.
