I received 2 of these today, so Scammy Scambag must think he’s pretty important! There is no “3.5 %” interest rate and “Mr. Jason Clark” doesn’t want to lend you money, but he wants to take your money. This is an advance-fee loan scam, so delete it, and in time, he may get over himself.
