“Barr Victor Chung” isn’t an “attorney at law” or a “barrister”. He’s a scammer, and he thinks he’s very clever, using this title (giving all lawyers and barristers a bad rep in the process), and trying to convince you that some “deceased client” shares your last name. Well, just how many “last names” does one have these days? The truth is, there is no deceased client with your last name, so ignore the spam and make the attorney disappear.

I am Victor Chung, an attorney at law. A deceased client of mine,that shares the same last name as yours, died as the result of a heart-related condition on March 12th 2005.
