In other words, “asSalamu-aaikum” (or whatever his name is) is hoping he has a victim to rob. Unfortunately for him, he has just contacted the All-American Skeptic who doesn’t believe a word of this scam. That’s exactly what this is, a scam, and what he’s proposing is illegal. He has nothing to transfer, and if you receive this, “be informed” that he wants your money. He will demand a lot of money if you reply, so instead, delete it and hold onto your money. And I’m afraid his “Allah” won’t be of any help here.
