There was no “board meeting” although, you and I, along with thousands of other “undisclosed recipients” were a topic for discussion. This is an advance-fee fraud scam, and Scammy Scambag is demanding “$138.00 flat rate”, but he won’t stop there. Next time he will demand even more money, and will have a ton of excuses as to why your supposed “funds” aren’t forthcoming. If you receive this, delete it and don’t reply. Silence is a powerful enemy of spammers.
