Here is another fine example of a college student not wanting to be serious about his studies and pay his own way. He apparently thinks it's cool to leech off others' funds, so he's concocted a scam--or perhaps copied it, and is pretending to be a "Dean Harry, Esq." If you fall for this, he will want your money, and you get nothing. Ignore him and the scam.
