If "Ms. Roseline Ebuka" works at CBN (Nigeria) why is the sender's address in Germany? Perhaps vacationing there? Not hardly. This is just a scammer, doing a "spin-off" of the "Adekunle Elvis" scams that have been passed around like a box of Cracker Jacks. Ignore her or she'll want your money.
