This pair of schemers don't appear to be too bright. New Years' was almost a month past when this scam was sent out. And they tell you it's "Urgent" because they want you to hurry up and reply so they can start hitting you up for fees--and you get nothing back. If you receive anything from "Mr. Scott Peters and "Mr. Marcel Boisard", hit the delete button. That's the real urgency of this e-mail.
