First of all, I am not a customer of Bank of America. Secondly, whenever a bank sends an e-mail, they do not address you as "Dear Customer". And, according to my real bank, if there were a problem online with your account, you would receive a call or actual letter, not an e-mail. If you receive something from Bank of America, please forward it to their abuse department so they can look into it. Don't click on any of the links enclosed, delete it and go directly to their website.
