Since when did “Senator David Mark” become the FBI director? But, look! At the bottom of the scam, “David Mark” isn’t the FBI director, he’s the “Chairman of the Senate House in Nigeria”! This stupid scammer has apparently lied so hard that he can’t keep track of who he really is or what he really does! And, FYI, the FBI doesn’t give you ATM cards.
