If you’d really won anything, why have a “No Subject” for the subject line? Perhaps the slimy scammer knows that no one will fall for this, but decided to send it anyway—just in case. You haven’t won the “ECWL” lottery. They don’t have a million dollars to give randomly (to heaven knows how many “undisclosed recipients”), and there’s no such thing as “random e-mail electronic draws”. Ignore “Mrs. Mary Jones” and her fantasy, or she’ll win the bucks—you don’t have it to give her, either.
