Do you truly believe that “Dr. Eluem Frank” has any “inheritance/contract funds” for any of his “undisclosed recipients? I hope not, because he doesn’t. He’s a lowlife thief, and if you reply, he’ll steal your money by charging you fees. Help hammer out this scam by deleting it and not replying.
