With so many web sites that he could find information on regarding “a business oriented country” makes this scam ludicrous. “Johnson Ato” doesn’t want to invest money, he wants to steal yours, by charging you fees if you reply. So, stay away from him, and since he obviously has access to the Internet, let him look there. But--he needs money first, and you can bet he has none, or he wouldn't have sent this scam in the first place.
