Another “Payment Notification” scam, which is a Nigerian 419 Advance-Fee Fraud scam. “Dr. David Diallo” doesn’t want to give you money, he wants you to give him your money. Don’t be his victim. Hit the spam button. Put this lying scumbag out of his misery.
