This is so stupid, but of course greedy scammers never learn. Why would they want you to include your middle name (what if you don’t have one?) for their so-called “application”? Me thinks this is probably for identity theft purposes. Whatever, if you receive this, junk it to the recycle bin. If you want to be a mystery shopper, go directly to their websites. There are plenty of legitimate mystery shopper sites out there, and this ain’t one of ‘em!
