I haven’t a clue as to what “Mr. Mark Greg” is blathering about. I’ve yet to do business with Western Union in any way, and I am not expecting an ATM card for half a million bucks. If you happen to receive this, see it for the advance-fee fraud scam it is (any time an ATM card is mentioned, it’s an AFFS.) and hit your delete button.
