This clown is one mixed-up scammer! He’s got the “message” on top and the address on the bottom. I doubt he represents “Barclay’s Bank” and I have no doubt that he has no money for his “undisclosed recipients”. This is just another “bass-ackward” (as we say in the Midwest USA) advance-fee fraud scam and a blatant attempt identity theft. Delete this if you receive it and don’t give him any info. He’s so mixed up he wouldn’t get it straight anyway—but play it safe and don’t reply to him. “Mr. Louis” isn’t a “Goodman”—he’s evil.
