Yep. This is another Nigerian 419 advance-fee fraud scam. The only thing “Dr. Anna Joy” and her partner-in-scam, “Mr. Santos Goodman” have been “waiting for since” is for their intended victims to contact them. Then they will begin their robbery, by charging ridiculous fees. Speaking of “ridiculous”, just hit your spam button!
