Groan! These FIFA/South Africa Lotto Scams have been outnumbering the other scams that I've been receiving. You'd think after while these scammers would get the hint--"It's been around once, going twice--gone"! But they don't. And Scammy Scambag hasn't been "In Conjunction With" FIFA or the SA Lotto. He just wants you to believe he has. So, if you receive this, remember, it's an advance-fee lottery scam, they will charge fees if you reply, (and you get nothing), and--FIFA and SA Lotto don't give money away randomly. Delete, delete, delete!
