The spammer claims to be from China, but this is apparently a New Zealand (???) address. At any rate, Scammy Scumbag doesn’t want you “receive money on his behalf”, he wants you to give him your money. He will do this by charging you big fees and demanding a lot of personal information. Delete this scam and don’t reply.
