Mutual

Don’t bother wading through this proverbial dung heap. It’s long-winded, loaded with ignorant Spamese, and barely makes sense. What “Mr. Shakes Moloi” is proposing is not only highly illegal (“theft” is putting it mildly), but is very dangerous. When someone wants you to “front” something involving this kind of money, it’s bad news for you, my friend. Don’t reply to this scam, but “disappoint” our scammer and delete it.

Confidential

It is my pleasure to write you this letter on behalf of my colleague. I have decided to seek a confidential co-operation with you in the execution of the deal hereunder for the benefit of all parties and hope you will keep it confidential because of the nature of the business.

Within the Ministry of Transport & Aviation where I work as a director of Audit and Project Implementation and with the co-operation of my partner a top director with the department we have in our possession an overdue payment in US funds. The said funds represent certain percentage of total contract value on behalf of my department by a foreign contracting firm which we the officials over invoiced to the amount of $16,250,000.00 (Sixteen Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars). Though the actual contract cost has been paid to the original contractor, leaving the excess balance unclaimed.

Since the new government in South Africa is determined to pay foreign contractors all debts (sp. “depts.”) owed so, as to maintain the good relationship with foreign governments and non-government agencies, we included our bills for approval with the Department of Finance which is to be paid by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB). We are seeking your assistance to front you as the beneficiary of the unclaimed funds since we are not allowed to operate foreign accounts. We have incorporated a company that will be fronted as the beneficiary of the contract sum and will put you in as one of the directors of the company and contact person for the company. This will enable the reserve company to contact you once approval is giving for the transfer of the sum of your nominated account. We have the power in our various departments to influence the approval of the transfer since all verification will come directly to our desk and as soon as we approve the claim, the department of finance will give approval and instruction to the reserve bank to make transfer. All we want from you is to provide the account details, stand and claim the funds for our personal use.

Details and change of the contact person of the company upon application for claim to reflect payment will be secured on behalf of the company as soon as we receive the required bank information and your full details. I have the authority of my partner involved to propose that you should be willing to assist us in the transaction your share of compensation will be (30%), while my colleague and I receive (65%) and the balance of (5%) for taxation and miscellaneous expenses incurred

This business is safe and secure, provided you treat it with utmost confidentiality.

I will repose my confidence in you and hope you will not disappoint us. Further confidential information will be giving to you once you indicate your interest to be a part of the transaction.

Should you need to contact me, please do so using my private e-mail:
mrshakes@live.co.za or contact me through telephone with the below number.

Thanks to your co-operation.
Yours faithfullyMr. Shakes Molokoi
