There may have been a “lotto held in Bangkok”, but this isn’t the legit one. This is an advance-fee lottery scam, where you pay them money, but you get nothing back. If you receive this, delete it and don’t reply. If you have a yahoo address, you can contact the yahoo abuse team—just include the full headers of the spam.
