Short and to the point, but this “Guaranteed Loan Offer” is bogus. Most legitimate banks and lending institutions charge a much higher interest rate. This is just another of Spammy Sammy’s ploys to get you to pay him huge fees, while you’re left with nothing. If you receive this, delete it and don’t reply.
