I received your email, in regards in your question be informed that i cannot really tell you the exact cost of transfer involve in this transaction because you have not yet stated the amount you need as loan. Note that the transferring bank normally disclose insurance and transfer charges to us when the loan is been legally approved, insured and deposited with the transferring bank. I can only send them a request email in regards of disclosing the transfer fee involve in this transaction when you must have stated the amount you need as loan.
Let me properly bring to your notice there are fees involve in this transaction and they are listed below
Loan Approval Fee
Lawyer Contract Doc Preparation and Authentication Fee
Non Residential Tax fee
Loan Insurance fee
Transfer fee.
Be inform that it is the company policy is that all borrower must be responsible for the transfer fees and Non residential tax fee of their loan, while the company board will attend to all other processing charges which include Loan Approval, lawyer fee and loan insurance fee. To be sincere with you the transfer and Tax are not much so this should not be a hindrance to you transacting with us.
You are advised to fill out the loan application form with your personal data's and the exact amount needed as loan so that we can proceed with this transaction by sending you the terms and conditions that will be guiding this transaction. But if you insist i confirming the fee before further procedure, you are advised to provide us the amount you need as loan so that i can send a request letter to the transferring bank for them to ascertain the exact of Tax and transfer fee involved in this transaction.
