I daresay this is a legitimate loan company. How many business letters do you receive in Comic Sans font? Not only that, but he will probably charge you fees, that you will have to pay first, but you won’t receive any money. If that seems odd, that’s because it is. But that’s how these bogus “loan companies” work. If you receive this spam, just delete it and go to the bank for a loan.
