Get a loan at only 3%? Sounds good, but in the light of the world’s shaky economy situation, this sounds like it’s too good to be true and it probably is. Chances are when the spammer gets his hooks into you, you will pay much more than 3%. You should go to your bank or credit union, or other legitimate loan firm for a loan and delete these kinds of e-mails.
