This reads like “Scott Ama” has been hitting the sauce pretty hard and heavy! (“I have register your package”) He hasn’t got a package for any of his undisclosed recipients/intended spam victims. He wants $65.00 from you for non-existent wealth, and can you imagine, if he sent 1,000 of these spams to people, and they all got excited and sent that kind of money??? Disastrous results for them, but ol’ “Scott” would live like a king for a time. If you receive one of these, see it for what it is—an advance-fee fraud scam and delete it. Be smart. Be safe. “Be informed”.
