This is most likely from some college kid in Taiwan, who thinks he can dupe people into believing they have big bucks just waiting for them, and all they have to do is contact Fed Ex and—poof! All that wealth will just instantly appear! Not quite. “Mr. Peter Luis”or "Mrs. Victoria Wallison" wants you to send “$291.00 USD” to get your cash. However, if you comply, you will simply have given “College Kid” free money and get nothing in return. Don’t be this college kid’s victim and delete the spam.
