This is a phishing spam, addressed to “undisclosed recipients”. I don’t know of any person or corporation that has that much money for however many “lucky recipients” who happened to receive this. If you receive this spam, just delete it. It’s nonsense, and the spammer is a "redard" (retard) who thinks he can get "$500.00" from you.
