Trainer of what??? How to spam??? I could do that with my eyes closed, if I wanted to! Apparently this joker thinks he can train you to have this wonderful, glowing personality, and has his own blogspot! I sent him a scathing reply, and to his credit he did “apologize for inconvenient”. At any rate, my advice is, delete this spam and be safe.
