Another spammer inquiring after your "health". He isn't interested in your health, but your money. He wants to steal it and this is a convenient way to do it. He hasn't tried to call anybody, except maybe his partners in spam, and he has no money, which explains why he wants yours. Ignore this spam and be safe!
