What "past efforts"?? What "Funds"??? Perhaps this spammer has his wires crossed, or perhaps he's just grasping at straws, piquing my curiosity so I will respond to his spam. I won't and if you receive one of these, I suggest you don't respond but delete it. Knowledge is power against spammers.
