Why would I do business with a foreign bank, when I can go to any number of banks in my area? And, why would a bank of this supposed magnitude give you a loan at "3%", with no credit check--especially with the global economy being in such dire straits??? Two plus Two here adds up to fraud, spam and robbery! If you receive one of these spams, delete it. Knowledge is power against spammers.
